What approach does Maddie use?
Maddie brings a holistic approach to address your unique needs, utilizing various tools in her toolkit. These include using food as medicine, stress-management techniques, herbal support, sleep regulation, energy practices, emotional processing methods, and whole-body integration. Clients are empowered to implement these modalities independently with support from Maddie along the way.
What does virtual coaching look like?
Our approach offers a unique way of working with clients that allows clients to engage comfortably from the privacy and convenience of their home or office. Using a streamlined HIPAA-compliant health portal, everything from booking to sessions, habit tracking, messaging, and invoices is centralized for your ease. Clients often express increased comfort, depth, authenticity, and reflection in this virtual setting.
Does Maddie serve solely as a coach?
Although coaching is a powerful tool, Maddie brings a well-rounded background in holistic education that extends beyond coaching. Her credentials include Natural Health Educator and Natural Health Therapist, certified through the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education, Complementary Alternative Health Practitioner, through the Institute of Holistic Integrative Studies, and Holy Fire Reiki Master, through the International Center for Reiki Training. What payment methods do you accept?
Since Wellness with Maddie is not a medical service, we do not work with any insurance or HSA plans. With our online invoice system, we are able to accept Debit Cards and all major credit card companies, as well as local credit cards, can be accepted through the platform, including American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and others.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please visit your Healthie portal or email us at wellnesswithmaddie@gmail.com.
